Julie Cliff – Co-opted Governor / Chair of Governors
I have been a governor at Cambridge Nursery School for over 20 years and I have overseen many changes including the planning and development of the Children’s Centre and the current building. I am a mum of three children all of whom have attended the nursery. My eldest daughter has cerebral palsy and it was very important that her time at nursery was happy so there was no other choice it had to be Cambridge Nursery. I currently work as a maths teacher in a secondary school so have extensive knowledge of the two ends of the school spectrum.

My name is Cathy Taylor and I am community, safeguarding and well-being Governor. I became a Governor when working as Centre Manager of Cambridge Children’s Centre and when that role ceased I felt that I wanted to carry on supporting the children and families who attend the nursery. I contiue to offer my spare time to youth work in the community . I currently work as a partnership and engagement officer for the disclosure and barring service.
